These Terms explain the rules for using JobRelay. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
JobRelay helps service businesses manage customer follow-up workflows, including quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, invoice reminders, review requests, message templates, customer records, sent-message history, and related activity tracking. You are responsible for the information you enter, the customers you contact, and the automations you choose to send.
You need an account to use the app. Keep your login details secure and make sure the business and user information in your account is accurate. If you create an account for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to use JobRelay on that business's behalf.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to contact your customers. Messages sent through JobRelay should be accurate, lawful, and related to your business relationship with the recipient. Customers can unsubscribe from automated email follow-ups, and you agree not to work around those opt-out choices.
You keep ownership of the business details, customer records, automation details, templates, notes, links, logos, avatars, and other content you add to JobRelay. You give us permission to store, process, display, and send that content as needed to provide the service.
JobRelay may offer a trial and paid subscription plans. Billing, payment methods, invoices, subscription changes, cancellations, and payment processing may be handled by Stripe. If a paid plan is active, you authorize the applicable charges until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends.
Do not use JobRelay to send spam, misleading messages, unlawful content, abusive content, malware, or messages unrelated to your business services. Do not attempt to access another business's data, bypass account controls, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer private systems.
We may change, add, or remove features over time. We may also suspend or limit access when needed to protect JobRelay, customers, other users, or the reliability of the service.
JobRelay provides software tools. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use the product for your business and customer communications.
JobRelay is provided as available. We work to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific business results, delivered messages in every case, more accepted quotes, fewer no-shows, faster payments, or more reviews.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, JobRelay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
